
ABOUT ME
Lauren Shaffer is a certified RRCA Level 1 coach. She is currently pursuing Level 2. She has run a 3:05 marathon and a 1:25 half marathon.
My name is Lauren Shaffer and I am the owner of Move Bend Be. I have been running since sophomore year in high school. I received a full athletic scholarship at the University of Pittsburgh for distance running and have renewed my love for the sport by moving to the marathon distance.
I have obtained both a RRCA Level One and a RYT 200 hour (yoga) certification, so I can provide workouts for both running and exercises to stretch and strengthen key muscle groups.
I have cherished my own running experiences and am now offering customized coaching for novice and experienced runners with the sole purpose being to prevent injuries, improve performance and help you keep running by preventing physical or mental burnout.
